Emergency Notification Application

Alertfind was an early SASS success story. Through integrations with enterprise employee management systems, users could group and manage large datasets of employee contact information. The system enabled employees to send notifications and track recipient responses via custom escalation preferences for pager, SMS, email, fax, and phone to facilitate disaster communications. The system also allowed for the creation and management of phone based hotlines utilizing a drag and drop tree interface.

• Responsible for planning, direction, and implementation of the user interface
• Conducted research and analysis of JavaScript web application frameworks
• Re-built web application interface using ExtJS
• Designed a user testing plan utilizing pre-release and post-release user observation tests and team based "dog food day"
